Just wondering: On this video the guy gets a tactical nuke (25 kills) but doesn't actually get 25 kills, he jsut gets most through an AC-130. YouTube - Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Tactical Nuke 25 Kill Streak
How does that work, whenever I use killstreaks they don't count to my killstreak rewards? Do Care Package rewards not count? What about Senrty Guns? |

Given up on the Javelin now. Although it's cool as, and it well fun getting kills with, the opportunity to get kills with it is like 0 - None. I've probably fired about 25 missiles today, and managed 2 kills. Time would be much better spent with something else; so I'm switching it up to the AT4.

Stinger's good. It takes them all down in one hit - which the AT4 doesnt - and the lock-on time is a lot shorter than the Javelin's. Only thing with the Stinger is that it's so large on your back it gives away your position really easily.

Indeed they can, look like little gliders buzzing round the top of the map, you have to look as far up to the sky as you can, they do a loop of the map, pretty quick but not rapid, get a stinger, lock on, and POW! UAV down, no flares liek the harrier, ac-130 and pave low.

You can take a UAV down with about 2-3 shots from an M16 + Stopping Power Pro. You dont need a launcher if you have stopping power pro. Although it is definitely a lot cooler to use a launcher. It's always fun when you hear "Harrier Strike inbound" or similar, and you pull out your launcher and get it down as soon as it enters the lock-on area.
It is true though, Stinger is better for anti-vehicles, AT4 is like an all-round item; because you can't shoot the stinger free-fire.

I have yet to use the One Man Army perk, but when you switch, do you change and end up with the same amount of ammo as before the switch, or do you get re-fitted properly?
So if I use nearly all my SCAR ammo (very easy to do) and a change to the AUG HBar, will I have liike half a clip left?

No, as far as I remember you get the starting ammo (half capacity) when you change class. It also takes about 5-6 seconds to complete, so you better camp yo' lalala down if you intend to make a switch up.
The amount of times i died using One Man Army thinking i was switching to a pistol or something and then ending up with my classes screen while the enemy pelted bullets at me was stupid

lol, yeah thats gonna be a real danger for me too. I'm very tempted to use it now, although I woun't be able to use it with the SCAR as I rely on a pistol when the clip empties. Plus I like having a launcher to take out pesky flies. At least with pro you get a shorter wait.
Anyone know how much Pro reduces the delay? Plus, I think I ask before about lightwight making any different. Repeating that, also, Pro aims down sights faster after running. Is this a significant difference? Has anyone had the patience to run 40 miles?
