Was downloading the demo earlier, but then my XLive connection dropped and have been unable to reconnect since... It does this a lot... The LED on the Wireless Adapter is green, meaning that I am connected to Wi-Fi and when 'Testing Connection' everything is fine until it gets to the 'Xbox Live' stage of the test. It fails this part and I cannot connect. Wanted to play this demo, just to see what pain you people were complaining about... And see what the game itself was like.

Mine works, but sporadically.
It'll disconnect when it feels like it and then I'll be unable to reconnect for a while (about six hours...). However, these past few days I have had no problems. It was more the early part of the week, last weekend and the week that preceded it...
I was wondering earlier if the XLive and MSN sign-in problems were related in any way... There could've been a general maintenance on all Microsoft servers, or they might be being prepared or readied for the Fall '08 Dashboard Update and how the two will work together, or something...

Anyway, back on topic:
I played this demo, and thought it was extremely short and really disliked the button-mashing...

Nope, 7 November to be precise. And the TNA game was released on Friday, but I got it on Thursday in post wierdly.

Is "iMPACT" any good?
I've seen a lot of trailers for it, but very little gameplay, etc.

No, PS2 version is terrible but I think other consoles are similar. Story mode sucks, you can`t actually pick a wrestler to be, you get given a created one. And there`s like 3 match types available. And there`s no Create A Wrestler feature on PS2. I rate it like 4/10.
