Scarffo - I would probs pre-order. Its going to sell out quickly as it is suposed to be game of the year. And i doubt it will get cheaper for a long time.

I'll play with you on COD4 if you want one time

thing is I haven't played it since W@W and had absolutely no intention to. The only reason for keeping it is that it looks nice on the shelf.

£25 freed me from that hoarding prospect

I absolutely hammered Call of Duty 4 for it's first few months of release. Got pretty good with the AK74.

Then decided to give my M40A1 some Red Tiger treatment, then sort of left at the time that modded controllers with G3's became the rage.

Sad really, because it was awesome going 25-4 on Crossfire with a bolt. It's one of the few games I've traded in.:/

M40A1 rifle ftw! But I do prefer my Barrett, one class with the normal scope, claymores, uav jammer and deep impact, and a 2nd class with a ACOG scoped Barrett, 3xfrag, Overkill with scorpion and deep impact.

Anything but Juggernaught is cool in my book.

M40A1, Iron Lung, couple of claymores, USP .45 and a bit of stopping power makes you a walking nuke.

For assault, some AK74 supressed, stopping power, last stand and evesdrop makes you a silent killer.

Hmmm. I almost want it again now.

Juggabaut best be taken out of MW2 or at least disabled for Hardcore modes, I hate it, especially when they put it on with Last Stand and a desert eagle.

Don't even get me started with Juggernaught and Martyrdom. 2 Things I'd love to see removed.

The amount of times I'd knife a sniper and be left a grenade for my troubles is insane. Probably 1/3rd of all my CoD4 deaths are grenade related.

screw the deep pen on an MP5, I used Dead Silence instead, nothing better than creeping up on a sniper who is about to get a chopper and popping him in the head.

as a sniper, being stabbed from behind (ooo matron ) was the ultimate humiliation, someone shooting you in the back of the head always felt cowardly to me

i enjoy shanking anybody with a knife as much as the next bloke, but an easy headshot execution always satisfies the mass murderer inside of me.

what are people's favourite guns?

mine are the G36c (red dot/noob tube), Barrett .50 Cal, MP5 (silenced) and the G3 (red dot).

QFT.

While I liked knifing snipers, especially ones who didn't put down claymores, I always made a point of delivering a headshot with a sniper rifle as my preferred method of execution.

It's meant to be a sort of irony - snipers kill people from afar with headshots, so dropping one at a few metres away with a sniper headshot was justice.
