Maybe not necessary, but neither is prestige, and it kinda sucks that all it offers for practically resetting the game is a badge

Plus you don't know what perks or weapons they'd offer you. You could find yourself favouring one of the new weapons and bringing a new interest to the game. Like an automatic cannon for instance

or a perk that makes you into a dwarf, or a woman

very true...i love playing cage match against those people...

played one guy, and killed him 5 times in a row first....and every time i killed him he just screamed "lucky *******", etc...and then he managed to get me one time and he screams "oh, i am raping you *****"

i was like...yeah...and then i killed him another time and he left

same, although depending on which 'games' you prefer, this can seriously hinder your ratio....ground war is basically 50/50 whether you die more or kill more

I just got it for the 360 today.

I had it for PC previously, so the missions I've done so far were pretty easy. All Ghillied Up and One Shot, One Kill is pretty annoying to do the second time. I prefer to run and gun as opposed to be stealthy, although I do wish you could get Supressed M21's in Multiplayer.

I'm looking forward to playing multiplayer, because it was laggy as hell for my PC and I'm not all that keen on Call of Duty: World at War. Plus, you couldn't prestige on the PC, which was a major dissapointment.

I still stand by my statement that Modern Warfare is better than World at War.

I'm still contemplating whether I should pre-order Modern Warfare 2, or wait a week or so after it comes out before I buy it so it's a lalalalalaeaper.

Does this count as a bump?

World of War gets boring. Quickly. Modern Warfare gave me some amusment for quite a while, but I just went off it like I do with all Call of Duty games. It is one of the best, but I do prefer Call of Duty 3 for some reason.
