I'm going to create a site tomorrow and give my Tetris remake Game of the Year!
what's his problem?

It sounds like a typical case of Cucumberupinbumus.

I dont think a game without multiplayer should win game of the year.
Multiplayer is a real must have for people to play a game for a lot longer etc.

Not sure. i think its like other awards things. The competition and other people involved like the media etc. for that subject vote, but you cant vote for your own game, so you get a consensus from the people who make games what they think is the best game of the year.

I think.

.. maybe?
I havent a clue. but i would've thought that that "aspect" of the game's "goodness" etc. would be included in the associated media getting a vote?

Bioshock got an average of 96, while COD 4 got 94. Movie Reviews, Music Reviews, TV Show Reviews, Game Reviews, Book Reviews - Metacritic.com

Still, neither of them would be game of the year according to that.

New maps were fun.....nice change anyway. Wasn't too pleased with China Town but maybe that just because I couldn't get used to it the few times I tried it.

I am getting used to Creek (sniping) and Chinatown (CQC) but just can't get into Broadcast

Because of Double XP weekend and a desire to level up quickly (I achieved my first prestige last night) I have been playing the Objective games, like S&D HQ, Domination and Sabotage on the new maps

Can't say I'll ever go back to plain old Team Deathmatch again!

broadcast is by far the best of the new ones. i absolutly hate china town, and i still havent seen sight nor sign of kill house or whatever its called. on broadcast the only wepon worth using is your mp5, it was made for that map.
