Sure I'll be back on COD a few times but not enough to warrant paying for the maps. Especially as I'll ditch it when Haze comes out.

Haze looks disappointing from all of the various gameplay trailers I've seen...Nectar is a gimmic steroid, and "playing dead" has got a fancy button control scheme when you can easily do it most other FPS.

I don't think for one minute it'll be considered AAA at all...I reckon it'll recieve a MS of around 7.9-8.2.










Plus...you can't jump there's no fun in not being able to that now...

I disagree I think it looks immense. Free Radical know how to do FPS so i'm sure no jumping will be irrelevent eitherwise they'd have had it in.

Smeltz put it well...jumping is the very foundation of having any fun in an FPS

Haze looks great, I jus' don't think the Gameplay will live up to the "Halo-killer" expectations it previously had. On top of that, it shouldn't disappoint as it's been delayed for some good time now. I think save your money and wait for better games, most will be off playing GTAIV any how...not to mention Killzone 2 will be coming out, and CoD4 will keep things fresh with the new maps (hopefully).

Well they will come with the Game of the Year Edition, but I don't think they will be free for others anytime soon.

You really want everything to be free, huh...it'd be cool if they were free, prob not though

smeltz, you have single handedly made me the player i was 3 weeks ago before i got crap. after i killed you i nicked your mp5 and blew absolutly everyone away with it. it has reignited my love for the mp5. ive used it on every game since and been top 3 every game

They were never going to be free.

£6.99 is rather steep though.

Everyone is better buying Super Stardust HD for £4.99 I think it is than this stupid maps.

Yeah i see what you guys are saying, they would have probably made more money keeping it low, knowing that GTA was out soon.
They way they justify it is that you're "Paying to get them fast". They'll be free i think, eventually. when he game really starts to lose its kick online they will offer them for free, last ditch effort sort of thing.

Yeah they jus' blew most of the PS3 users out of the water this way...considering GTAIV was always gonna sell more on PS3; the platform jump from each generation was gonna generate the same amount of sales most of the time.

Why make CoD4 maps a 20 day exclusive for Xbox 360? they're sucking that M$ tit real hard
