I had someone on my team with different coloured name. i thought he was an enemy so tried to kill him. it wasnt till id emptied a whole m60 into him that i reaised he must be on my team.

You should play Hardcore - emptying an M60 round into them would teach them for messing with the game .

A question about accuracy; does 'knifing' someone ridiculously boost your accuracy? All of the people with the top accuracy ratings are extremely low levels with ridiculous accuracy percentages (31000% is the top, I think), and a lot of them have names like "KnifedU*", "YouNeverSawItComing*", "SilentKnifer*", "StabStab*", etc.

Thats interesting.
Technically, you're killing someone, and you can miss with the knife too, so perhaps accuracy is affected my knife.

I hate those guys who intentionally try to wipe out their own team at the beginning of a Hardcore S&D game - especially if they're on my team! I usually manage to get away, but it's annoying trying to face a team of 6 on your own!!

I've 'taken out my anger' on members of my own team, once or twice before, though, especially if their was no excuse for them team-killing me the round before, etc. I don't make a habit of it, though.

I play Hardcore TDM, and i will knife a friendly is he/she is annoying me. I.E. ignoring the game, walking about like an idiot, team killing, just sitting somewhere completely useless.
Today, playing with americans, (without Mic, i dont use that thing anymore) i heard a funny conversation through the TV:

1) "L8?! [my gamertag shortened] why the hell did you knife me?!"
2) "whos that? oh he's got the most kills though dude" [by 20, i'd like to add]
1) "hm.. maybe he was trying to me something?"
3) "yeah like, dude get off your ***"
1) "was he like.. trying to tell me do this, or that, or what?"
3) "i was right dude, trust me, you're 0 for 12"

I prefer to take the easy headshot . I use the knife for those occasional 'accidental encounters' - you know what I mean: when you dash round a corner at the same time as an enemy, and you slash at them in a blind panic. You're done for if you miss, though .

Why waste a grenade when you can just use a special? I love flashing the bomb site when one of my clan-mates is defusing, so I can 'steal' the points. I hate it when they do it to me, though .

A good (but cheap) tactic - if you don't care too much for points - is to put a last-standing team mate 'out of their misery.' It saves them a 'death' and hinders your opposition (for calling in UAVS, Air-strikes, etc.). It can also send them on a 'tilt', too (enrage them, affecting their performance) .

Oh yeah, isnt it considered good form to kill a Lasting Team Mate though? it is on the Xbox community, for the reason that it takes the enemies points away, because it only effects you're individual score with the minus 10, not the teams.

Plus, it has to be a Klunk, it makes the noise, hence the name :P Plus its guarunteed kill.

I consider it to be a 'cheap shot', because I wouldn't like it to happen to one of my kills, but I guess it serves them right for not 'finishing the job!'

I suppose - I just hate the 'klunk' sound! There's nothing more enfuriating than firing a grenade as you are shot (and killed)...you still hear the sound, but the grenade isn't actually launched. It's worse when you know that grenade would have killed the person who killed you, and they just skip off around the corner.

About 2 minutes in (i.e. its a gimme there's some marine trying to snipe from the balcony)
I run across the road near the bottom, launch a random Grenade (launcher, that is) and then get sniped, SVD (dragunov) while in the middle of the road.
Waited.. waited.. 3 seconds.. BOOM i killed someone with the grenade i launched.
It was the bloke who'd sniped me

Just had my best ever game on shipment HQ

110 kills 37 deaths

Got 2797 xp for that 1500 from elite challenges

Won the HQ game with a capture in the last 30 seconds.

Didn't win though , that map is so awesome for raking up the kills though.

In addition I've now just entered Prestige 3, and am back to rank 1, again.

must of been my legendary status scaring the host into shock
was looking forward to that match actually, i haven't played domination for ages, been playing hardcore s&d for most of the day

I'd like to get them but I'd spend my time doing it then I'd still end up going next prestige eventually and lose them, so I think I'll wait till presteige 10 to do that

@Rooney - Shame it wasn't a game I was hosting then, which with this new patch I get to host games so often now it's great as it means the lobby doesn't close unless bloc comes up and noone skips
