Multiplayer is in my opinion complete gash. You spawn, you run around for 8 seconds, you get shot and die, rinse and repeat. You have to hand it to the BF series devs they know how to make a game last. any way.. in my opinion this is one of he best games ever made , the graphics in hd are like playing a fmv,admittedly the single player can be a bit one routed, but i love it .
But i have the xbox version and the online is great when it works but there seems to be a problem some where.Sometimes it works fine and others it either freezes in the lobby or just dosnt let u join games.Ive spoken to a few xbox owners and it seems to be not just me getting this.Any 1 else having these problems?.
Is the ps3 version any better as i might do a trade in if they dont fix it soon?

I last fair while on the multiplayer and that's saying alot lol. Depends on the game type you're playing. Deathmatch, by definition is mental. Go for the team based ones. Domination is team based capture the flag.

I like the way you can custom your guns and get 5 profiles to (possible) create. The big difference in being able to shoot through walls, just because you duck behind one doesn't mean you're invunerable, takes a bit of getting used to....

Also try this, in game enable the console (an option in options) the hit the key above Esc, ` (the back tick) and type in cg_fov and give it the max it can take, hehe

Well he did comment highly on COD4, even though he's an EA employee.

...but I wanted to know (whilst slurping on my can of red bull to wake me up) if BC would be the same in scales of graphics, game play, online gaming, bigger maps (including urban warfare), driveable vehicles, flyable aircraft, destruction on a huge scale, etc. From what I gather, COD4's online maps are small, compared to the current modern combat maps, which is shocking in my opinion, but those on the other site that I visit keep saying COD4 "Rocks" better than Modern Combat ever has; and probably better than Bad Company.

Only thing is, we can't compare COD4 and BC together as it isn't out yet!

CoD4 is kind like CS in a way. The maps are small but there is that much in them you don't really notice the size. One of the MP maps is the one in the single player game where you've to C4 two APC's in the missle yard. The map is only the yard, nothing else. Its tiny but you never notice it.

I got he game today the only thing I do no like is the open comms everyone is speaking at the same time hard to understand what players are saying. but overall great game

Man the story is intense, I pretty much don't have to do anything since my AI team pwns everything in sight hahaha

I love Online mode though, it's insane, addictive, and challenging...the level up system feels good.

At the moment a random mixture of HQ/SD/Dom and the odd TDM. We were initally just running HQ, but i found a way to mix game modes without a restart. So for eg you would be playing something like:

HQ vacant
SD map crash
WAR map crossfire
DOM cargoship

and so on...

The server is fully streaming to PBBans as well

Its too easy to level up tho (Or maybe its just because im good

Great to see the kill cam after then you see they somehow shoot you when they are reloading and somehow kill you when they shot everywhere but you
