They don't want you to contact them. EA's lack of after sales support is legendary. Even if you do manage to get through to someone on the phone, I can guarantee they will know less about the situation than you do.

It was posted here yesterday by a cs rep, now its been edited I see. I have sent a pm to the admin, because this is just the most abominable lalalala CS that I have ever seen...I mean in any normal business heads would roll.

reinstalled this game got support last time i installed it and game worked
now that i have reinstalled the game it wont work again even though i followed all pervious steps from the last time
and it wont let me use my serial to activate on ea site major bummer with ea games
also posted on there site for help again 2 days ago still no reply
is someone gets there phone number share it
i will give them major yahhooooooo on the phone

how you mean reinstalled game and it worked, and have now reinstalled once installed you login using your username and password ? you dont activate again.

The telephone number for EA Support is 0870 2432435. They are open 9am-9pm from Monday to Friday and calls are charged at national rate from a BT line.

Yesterday I bought my Fifa 09 with Paypal in EA Store, but I have waited 24hours and I hacen't any link for download the game, I havent unlock code and nothing. The Ea have givven my money in a seconds, I havent 30Pounds in my bank account, I paid with credit cart. Im really need this game, I must to play a international and oficial challenges with my team, What ****ing happen??? I dont know what I can to do more, all people say me that 24hours is not normal, is to much time... Ea cheater me?? Maybe... be carefull people

Unfortunately those of us on the forum can not help you directly but I would suggest contacting EA Support on the number posted above or using the link at the very top of the forum

I download and payed $25AU for a sims game, not realising it was an exspantion pack so the download is completely useless to me, have tried to get in contact via phone (which the number that is listed on this forum is incorrect) Otherwise its through mail!? what bulllalalala? what ever happened to CS? i can tell you if i can get in contact to get this refund IM TELLING FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BOUYCOT EA!!! see how good that is for business fellas!!!

The EA support number in this thread is the number for EA support in the UK. If you have any disk-based EA games the number you should contact for support in your region should be at the back of the game manual.

I've got a similar problem ordering C&C 3 hours ago. What's the point of a digital download store if you can't get your purchase immediately? If you have to wait I might as well order it from amazon, and have a hard copy.
