What do you call it?

Reading this thread makes me feel ignorant. I've always called it Holland because it is shorter. Never knew the difference, now I do.

My point is I don't care if they have a district called Holland an even smaller part of land then the country itself. It's okay in my books to call them that, it's like so many cities that are called by something important within them...
