I vote yes. Right now I'm actually speaking with a friend who needs another account, because his dad has one I think.
I think we found a solution however, but I'm not sure yet.

If siblings share a game, I guess.

It gives it an air of individuality. Why share an account?

I wouldn't share my account with my brother, and vice versa, I'm sure.
