So who has one/likes them?

I have one on my desk, in gold (Wax and base and top).

Damn it, can a mod add a poll for me? Just yes or no if you have a lava lamp.

Considering they can explode and kill people, I dont believe it would be safe to have one in a house with children.

I used to have one. It ended up in the loft when my room got redecorated years ago. Haven't seen it since.

I want fish! One of those little tanks I could keep in my room. But the parents won't let me.

I have one. It's purple. It hasn't been turned on for a while though - takes too long to get started, and I'd always end up shaking it to get the blobs to blob the way I wanted. Maybe tomorrow...

I have two but they both suck. I don't think they work. They're just sitting in the basement collecting dust.

They look very nice and can bring some atmosphere in the room. I've always wanted to have one. For now, the answer is no.
