Does this butchered saying annoy you as much as it does me!?

I'm seeing it all over the damn place. It makes no sense!

It's 'I couldn't care less', implying that the person who said it cares so little about something, they couldn't possibly care less. Now, annoying people (and it appears to be our cousins from the far west doing this the most) are scrambling the phrase, and not even realising that it makes no sense whatsoever.

If you could care less, you must actually care about the thing. Gr.

... I shouldn't let things like this annoy me.

"I could care Less" isn't a phrase I worry about, but there are Heaps more that I hear and think, "Why did you say that"

Example: "Oh, My God!!" or "Are You for real"
"No, I'm not real, I just thought I'd make that up"
