Absolutely correct. For those of you so inclined, check the amount of people on my Friends List via Xbox.com. At last count, there was 99 people on there.

Voted X360 - Live simply cannot be beaten, even if the hardware can.

Yeah, Sony wouldn't let me send my PS3 back, just because I cleaned the fans out (which broke the warranty, apparently) even though Sony Customer Support told me too!

Whereas my friend who had a 360 cleaned his fans out (which broke the warranty, and CS didn't tell him to) and the 360 broke a few months later, he told Microsoft CS that they told him too and he got a brand new one -_-
