yes!! i have wanted there to be an EA bmx ever since i played the game skate. i personally know about 100 people ( met through bmx) who have felt the same way. there is enough skateboard games out there and the things you can do in them are amazingly realistic and enspire people to go out and try the skateboarding wich has actually been a big help in growing the sport and progressing in new tricks and combonations. bmxers on the other hand have not had a bmx specific game i think it was matt hoffman's pro bmx game wich im not even sure because its been so long since a new bmx game has come out. the worst part is that in my opinion the best bmx game to come out so far wasnt even a bmx game, it was tony hawks american wasteland and that is a really old game. if video games have helped to grow the sport of skateboarding in such a big way then theres no doubt in my mind that it wouldn't do the exact same for bmx. also just asking friends at my school about how they feel aboout having a bmx game like ea skate they all got excited and some even thought it would be better than skate itself. and please take into consideration that if this game dose infact get made that it should incorporate all aspects of bmx from street riding to ramps, vert and dirt and all styles of such as brackeless, gyro brake systems and streat style bikes to more park style. if the same details were put into the bmx game as skate then it should be the best game ever made by ea and im not just saying that because i am a bmxer i've done my homework

sorry man but maybe you should do your homework because bmx is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and thats a fact. if anything its becoming more popular than skateboarding. i actually find it funny how ignorant it is to think that. bmx is far from dead and its going to stay that way forever and thats not true at all pretty much every one who skateboards loves the game skate and they play it all the time, i know because i know alot of skaters and they use it as a way to come up with new lines and learn new tricks. im going to assume skate wasnt a flop thus the game skate two wich incase you havnt heard was the sequal to the first skate. a bmx game is 100% going to have the same results, (being one of the fastest growing sports in the world) so before you go and make crazy assumptions like that make sure you do your homework to back it up. if you dont believe me go to youtube and type in bmx

I'm a big fan of BMX and I ride from time to time. I spent just under a grand making my bike back when it was new.
Almost everyone I know would love a BMX game but the sad truth is whilst there is a lot of potential I can't see EA putting in the same amount of effort into BMX as they do skateboarding because even with BMXes ever increasing following it's never quite been as big as skateboarding. I really would love to see this happen but I think sales are what drives EA to get involved with a game and despite there being a fair demand for a BMX game I doubt it would sell as well as EA would want it to.

I have been on about this since EA Skate first come out & still 2+yrs later not even a sniff of a bmx game in the oven, bmx is really blowing up at the moment & has been growing fast over the last few years, so a bmx game by now is a must surely & tho it might not sell as well as skate or whatever so EA might not want to put so much time, effort & money into it as they did with skate then why cant they just use the skate 1 engine replace his board with a bike even keep the same flick it movements:-
shuvits=cancan & nillie shuvs=nohander 1way oldskool the other for suicide heel/kick flips=tabletop Nollie heel/kick=xup (i dunno) hardflips=crankflip nollie hards=turndown/tobogan 360/laser=tailwhip & nollie 360/laser= decaddes or barspins manuals kept all the same & simple i swear its all there for the making if they wanted to keep it simple cheap & id say pretty much effort less considering there 1 of the world leading game producers + id love to ride the old Sanvan in Skate1 but do think its a must that the rider can get on/off his bike im surprised EA haven't got on it coz if another game producer does & kills it with the best bmx game ever at this preset time with skate like controls EA will fill there pants either way WHEN a bmx game comes out i will P!SS mine haha Or when making Skate3 you could leave a few bmx bikes laying about outside a local kebab shop & we could jump off board & get on bike & do even just a few simple tricks, grinds & manuals, since making skate & these flick it controls people all over the world are wetting them selves, its the best thing since granny porn. C'mon EA its about time now... Isn't it? & if you wanted to put some effort in to it EA i swear i got some new flick it controls to make bikewhips, hang5 nose manuals footjam whips & such likes... EA i could make you millions on a BMX game & probly save the world too, i got soso many ideas for a bmx game its all i think about... pretty sad really. oh well... safe riding everyone AllCityAnarchy ![]() Last edited by AllCityAnarchy; 29-07-2009 at 08:53 PM.. |

If you think about it, there is a page on facebook with 23000 subscribers, EA Bmx, is 23000 people buy the game at £40 thats £920000, PS make somehting like how long your handlebars are, like if they are long your tail whips are good, but short bars kick lalala barspins that are quick.
