How do you take your tea?

I take mine with no sugar, lots of milk. (Think half milk, half tea.)

Sugar and milk wake me up.
Lots of milk makes me sleepy
and little milk (Which I am drinking now XP ) keeps me sane

I can't stand weak or milky tea, it's revolting. I like tea very strong (just a drop of milk) with 1 sugar.

I only drink Cammomile and Spearmint tea, which is herbal so requires sugar otherwise it's flavourless really...

so I have either 3 sweetners, OR 4 teaspoons of sugar.

I could never get to grips with camomile, it's rather an acquired taste which I couldn't acquire.

I used to drink lots of blackcurrant and rose hip tea years ago, without sugar of course.

Well as I said, it's quite flavourless really. Only taste a little of the spearmint.

However I find it quite soothing, which is the cammomile element apparently. I'm not really into herbology and alternative medicines etc, but this is good after a stressful day.
