Alrite guys, we're starting up a new ps3 team, playing as valencia, so plenty attacking options open, if anyones interested add my PSN- weeal7
we will give you a few games to settle into our style of play and our team and if yous decide we're not for you then we can let you leave.
However if you pass the ball and enjoy chance after chance you'll like playing for us.

hmmm, how many members? i have much exp from EURO 10vs10

So far there's 4 members, but a ton of invites have been sent to select players and players have been recruited from the previous team we played for, so hopefully by tonight there will be a lot more when people log on and see their invite.

We will probably play either 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-1-2, and it will be passing game based on movement between the attackers.

I'm personally not really a fan of 4-3-3, as essentially you just have one striker and two wingers, and if the midfielders attempt to hold their positions, then they will probably be too close together.

I find 4-1-2-1-2 gives most flexibility as there are two strikers who can link and keep the defence on their toes, two wingers, and a CAM to create behind the strikers, with a CDM to tidy things up in the middle. I'm open to experimenting with new formations though, but I'd give anything with 3 at the back a miss, as the two games we used that we lost, and the other teams attack seemed to cut through the defence far too easily.

Also, in agreement with Weeal, what we really need now are some top class defenders, as all other positions are currently occupied. If you can mark, tackle, and hold a good position (i.e. between the attacker and the goals), we'd love to hear from you. If I have time, I'll give you a trial to look at playing style etc.

Sounds great, add me or Weeal7 on PSN for a trial and add a message onto the request to add as friends, as long as you can hold your position and mark/tackle well (i.e. not giving away penalties and using sliding tackles sparingly) you should get a place on the team, either as Helguera or Marchena, your choice.

We're currently the fastest rising team on FIFA, going from no division at all to the top division in the game within 2 days. We play mostly between 7 and 11 in the evening, and only when we have 4 or more players (so no disconnections causing a loss). Also, we've lost only five times out of 36 games, so hope you're up to the job!
