Game Face issue & Attribute Help?

Just picked up the game for $39 for ps3, i did the upload thing of your face front and side profile, i uploaded it to the site, i went into game and the picture shows up, but then when u go into game and its trying to retrieve it from the site it fails.. Also how do you get your attributes up for your created golfer?
