Is tiger woods 2010 next gen on pc?

I recently found out that it is coming out on the pc but i have tried to find out if it is next gen for the pc which i am yet to know. Does anybody know if the pc version is to get a next gen version?

The PC version is coming out AFTER the console versions, expected release date is around September - October..

I am not asking the date of release i am asking if it is next gen, but i have heard the pc version is going to be alot different to the console they have been making it for 3 years and apprently its going to be brill on the pc.

The PC version will be a web based game only. It is in beta testing at the moment.
