Modifiers

Is it possible to move the "Luck" "Spin" and other such modifiers from one item to another?

This is getting annoying as I know I could in previous games.

No i dont think you could anyway on any tiger woods game from 06 to 08 what game have you played to allow you to do this?

was allowed on 07 on PS2. Used to go into skills then onto modifiers then move them over.
