gamernet problems

can anyone tell me why it will not let me do any of the challenges on gamernet
it just comes up with operation failed
i dont have any other problems such daily tournament or playing other people
please help

I'm Having the same problem as of 2/26/08, im waiting for a reply....ill let you know if they tell me anything useful....
