Default How to bring up menus upon starting the game

I have just purchased Tiger Woods 08 and find the manual to be useless. I would like to know how I can bypass the useless tutorial that first comes up and go right to the menus that will allow me to build a person profile and to select what game I want to play. From what I can see it would be an ok game if it were not so difficult to get around. Any help would be much appreciated.

I agree with you regarding the manual - a big let down for a great game. I think the trouble is they wrote it to be 'generic' for all platforms (save printing costs!!?) - Don't work for me. A PC with keyboard and mouse uses a 'different' set of instructions than an Xbox control with its combo of buttons and triggers. But the manual is the same- (I have both versions - PS2 & PC).

Your main center for the game is the 'Game Face' menu. Here you can select your players, appearance, clothes and equipment.

Best to mention which box you are using for the best answers.

You just will have to play the tutorial. If you are on the fade and draw shots just move the position round and hit it straight and you should be able to do it easy peasy well thats what i did anyway
