Hi im new to the PS3 online point system and i seem to been having a few problems, to start out with i have been experiencing a lot of crashes during loading whilst in the game or in the loading screen itself, Also as of today i have not been able to gain points on online challenges, for example i would bust or complete a challenge and it wont give me any points or anything to show that i have completed the challenge.

Anyone else having this same problem? Im thinking i might have been banned from the service, but im not sure why?

Regarding the game crashing, I can't help you with that I'm afraid. The game has never crashed on me. All I can suggest is making sure that your disc is in a good condition (any scratches, fingerprints, etc). If there are any, try cleaning the disc and see if that works. If not, it may be worth visiting the Support Centre section of this forum.

Regarding online challenges: I've completed a few challenges as well, and the game says that I've completed them, but I don't know where I have to look to see what points I've obtained. I can't give you any more information on that I'm afraid.
