Is online working yet?

Hi. I'm just about to buy a PS3 and one of the games I was going to buy straight away was Tiger Woods 08, mainly for the online play. However, after reading several reviews and forums it sounds like the European servers don't work. Is this still the case or has it been fixed? I was also going to buy Madden NFL 08 and NBA Live 08, again mainly for the online play. Do these games have the same problems online or are they ok?

im having the same trouble with NHL 08 i have not been able to play on-line since i got it about 4 weeks ago whats the point in having on-line capability if you can't play on-line !!!
