Same here. Looks great. It will probably be one of the last PC games I'll buy until I get a new computer. xD

It looks quite complex, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it.
I hope there is a demo released before the launch of the game so we can test it.

Will there be a PC demo available in the future or will that only be available on Next Gen consoles?

As I'm about to recommence development of a Spore related website, yes, I'll be getting it.

... anybody want to finish off a website for me?

I would definitely like to play it if my pc can handle the strain. Could be time to look at upgrading a little

Nicky, get the GeForce 8800GT card (Around £150) if you can. You won't need to upgrade your PSU or anything, it'll fit right in with no problems.

It's the best card available right now & even beats my 8800GTS which I wasn't amused about as it cost £70 more

I don't know why people are thinking this game is going to require a PC from Cape Canaveral. Sure, if you're using a machine that is a few years old, you're likely to struggle, but I can't see it needing much more than average games do now.

It is likely just to be more RAM that I need to make it run smoothly.

I am not the only one in the house who is excited about Spore

I've not really looked into this game but it sounds quite cool. Not sure If I would get it though, I'll decide nearer the time.

Robin Williams seemed to enjoy the game when he played it. That was a while ago now though.

I may get it if it becomes available for the PS3 but with the likes of Little Big Planet on the horizon and the lack of input by EA when things go wrong I doubt its going to get the following it could well have.
