Although they haven't officially confirmed the PS2, PSP and NDS there is a lot of discussion about these platforms as for PS3 and Wii, those versions definitely will be available well i recently started a spore site, but i don't really have any interest in it. http://spore.thesims2.co.za/

I'll buy it, but I know I will just regret it.
I will say a couple of days of fun, and I'll be back to my usual games.. never seeing the liking of it again. I swear, MMO's.. they're so addicting! But, I see that the soundtrack is going to be by Brian Eno. Last edited by aleadzeppelin; 18-12-2007 at 06:59 AM. |

I want it, but I think a new graphics card/RAM upgrade will be required. My computer's not bad, but it's 3 years old now and games just get more and more demanding these days! My boyfriend practically lives on gametrailers (yeah- geek couple!) so I've been following Spore since the first videos. I can't wait!

I would love for it to come out on the 360 and if it's very successful on the ps3 no doubt they consider it. It would mean i wouldn't have to worry about my awful tesco PC not taking it, I'm telling you it probably would have been cheaper to buy a great computer than it will to upgrade this hunk of junk into something half decent!

I'll definately get it, I've finally got my perfect level of control. In sim city games, I always hated how you could never build your own style of buildings, In the sims games, you could never interact between cultures.

I don't know if that would be possible? Also if there is any comps to win it I would probably enter it as looking at the videos of the game dont make me want to go out and buy it...just yet but that could change after a playable demo.

The SecuROM scandal surrounding this and EA's other game, Mass Effect, through Bioware has me quite alarmed. I'll be watching this new development unfold very closely before I make any decision to pick up either game. I really dislike the idea of only being able to install this game a maximum of 3 times before I have to call EA's support center to authenticate additional installations. I upgrade my PC regularly and will eat through those installs in no time; this game may well not be playable 10 years from now due simply to the fact that we'll have used up our max installs by then and EA will have dropped all support for the product long before.
