Default Down-grading Graphics!

Ok...

My pc can run spore, it said on system requirements lab that my PC cant run spore! Now i have Spore + Galactic Adventures + Creepy and Cute.

On system requirements it said that my procceser cant cope, but the thing is i've seen it play fine... the only difference is that the graphics are not as good as you see on youtube and stuff like that... is this because apparently my procceser cant put up with it or is it because of something else? I dont know whether that would affect the graphics at-all ???

You probably think its because of my graphics card.. i have a intel(R) express chipset Family series graphics card...

but on System requirements it says my graphics and audio card passed the test... please help.. i wanna try and get this graphics issue sorted!

Thanks 'a' Million

i suffer from the same problem, but i know how to fix it and am working on it aswell. new and better graphics drivers are coming out alot. all you need to o is keep updating you're drivers until the graphics are good again.

I believe I wrote a guide for this site on how to improve your spore game graphics wise.

yeht hat's a good guide, you should follow it. Plus if your graphics card is "intel(R) express chipset Family" then it most likely can't produce the graphics you see on youtube. I'm guessing it's that shiny effect and good water effect your looking at right, I have the same issue.

Like soemone said above, eventually some graphic driver may do the job but I'm not sure on it, plus if you turn your settings up high, try leaving the resolution low and not high

what is the program that you mentioned... that shuts down all processes so the pc can put 101% effort into playing the game?

im not having the same problem, but i was wondering if there is anything i can do for this - on youtube, i see gameplay footage at a normal frame rate, wit high graphics, and when i play in high graphics while playing an adventure or in any play mode stage, my frame rate drops to maybe 4 FPS, people say i should get a new video card, some say i need a graphics card - is there any difference? are they the same? ehere can i get one? how much is it worth spending? sorry if i have gone on too much...

Ok in answer to all your questions,

1. video card and graphics cards are the same thing.
2. Your computer probably cant take the pressure (thats y frame rates are less)
3. You can get a graphics card from your average PC shop, i recommend PC world if possible!
4. The graphics card you need to run spore properly can range from about £60/$70 - £90/$100.
and 5. you havn't gone on too long, don't worry, lol.
