login errors

i can't log into spore. i tried doing what it said in the sticky about it but there is no file called "documents and settings"! can someone help? PLEASE!!!

am assuming your using Vista, the sticky is for XP users. the file your looking for is Local Disk (C) / Users / Your User Name / (at this point you need to show hidden folders, click Organise/Folder and Search Options/View then click the button on Show Hidden Files and Folders) now back to Your User Name / AppData / Roaming / Spore / Preferences then delete the login.prop file close all folders and retry Spore
