want help about re-installing spore!

well heres my problem guys!,
my dad put a new hard drive in my pc cos i was runnin out of space, the hard drive took over 3hrs to actually work with my pc , i was happy about this cos then i could play spore again.But then i click on the spore to start it(on my pc spore takes 5mins to start up the intro where the spore logo pops and creatures go in)so i waited for it to start i thought every thing was alright coz i could log in then (like i always do)i selected sporepedia as i have 50,000 creation in 'everything' and i want to load it all before i start playin.but then i noticed a SERIOUS problem!-u know that normally the sporepedia is different shades of blue well my sporepedia the blue parts are actually white!- i cant see a thing or what im clicking on and the little spore logo that appears when somthing is loading well thats a rotating dodgy sqaure!

AND!
when im on creature creator(not the seperate game- the create part of the menu)all the abilities signs like the health, bite, charge, sing, pose ect. well they have muddled up and moved to the side - almost unseen!

I REALLY WANNA PLAY SPORE AGAIN COS I NEED TO HAND OUT TROPHIES FOR MY 2 CONTESTS THAT I SHOULD HAVE HANDED OUT 3 DAYS AGO!!
AND I WANNA PLAY iT!!!
so, u know why i wanna re-install spore(my dad said to too) so plz help me(i have no probs with uninstalling it , i just want to know how i can get all my budddies back and all my creation i have made before the re-install)

am assuming it took 3 hours to install a new hard drive because you have also fully reinstalled the OS onto it as well, if thats so then i suspect you need to re update everything including your graphics card and video card drivers before trying to play Spore.
