My game freezes when I click "New Game"!

Whenever I click a planet with an empty profile, my game freezes.

This does not happen when I click a saved game. The music still plays, though. Is it because I have too many saved games? I have about 83 saved games.

Whooooa! How can you have 83 saved games! How can your computer handle it! Delete loads of them right now and you should be fine.

Hm, yeah, I kinda made them and then I ignored them. Thanks anyway!

Edit: I deleted quite alot, but it still freezes.

I think you need to minimize spore, put your computer to sleep, then wake it up again and open the previously minimized spore.
