Unable to use Galactic Adventures expansion

Every time that I try to launch my expansion pack I receive the following message:

Unhandled exception 0xe06d7363 at address 0x7002c753.
Do you wish to debug it ?

I am using mac osx and all of my hardware and software meets the specifications... it's nearly a newer mac book.

Spore has been installed on it for about 6 months and runs really well.

i have EXACTLY the same problem and i dont know what to do. i called EA and it turns out i don't have a good enough graphics card for GA, even though its fine for spore itself. i have a mac mini so its really hard to access the inner workings

, but if u hav something different you might be able to upgrade the graphics card

I doubt that my graphics card is not good enough... it has the following configuration:

Chipset Model: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M
Type: Display
Bus: PCI
VRAM (Total): 256 MB

ROM Revision: 3343
Displays:

I'll have to contact EA about the problem... I am having trouble finding a phone number to call though.

i got this but on PC,and i have the 3rd best graphics in the thw world,so u cantr say its not good engough

,my normals spore works and i just found earth,no achievment though
