Login problem

Ok so, when i frist play spore and it first shows the galixy it will say Online play disabled. And then when i try to login it will say could not verify the register code or somthing like that.

Oh ya i got it at wal-mart THE DAY IT CAME OUT! so i dont see how it could have been used already! I NEED HELP. I did not get it as a used game!

i get the same problems. firstly has someone all ready created an account before, if they have that means their account will have to be deleted (some how) or you can always use thier account

or this guy told me to do this:

Double-click on My Computer.
Double-click on the C: drive.
Double-click on Documents and Settings.(which i dont have)
Double-click on your User Name.
Double-click on Application Data.
Note: The Application Data folder may be hidden. To unhide it, go to the Tools menu and select Folder Options. Click on the View tab and select Show hidden files and folders in the Advanced Settings box.
Double-click Spore.
Then double-click Preferences.
This folder should contain the login.prop file. Right-click and delete this file and then restart Spore

i was guy yeh unfortunately the help thingy isn up to date so i cant do cos i have 2 seperate folders,which is why i want ea to update tuts or fiz problem

Will it work or are you one of those mean guys telling me i have to deleat some files that i should not deleat.

i dunno i neva done coz i just used my bros account :P
why not ask EA if its safe to do this

dude the TuT is FROM EA i went onto it go to my thread a guy send me a link and it says to delete but as i said i cant do cos its for xp and im vista (im a PC
