Spore Account Problem

When I try to log in on SPORE, it just comes up with an error saying "The code for this installation is invalid and cannot be used to link this product to your account". I can't find anything to fix it, if anyone else has had the same problem and/or knows how to fix it, please tell me...

i have too as well as it saying i havent gor correct priviliges,but mine maybe cos mines india edition (i got on ebay and didnt find out till i got but oh well)
