EADM wont update me with patches

The EADM isn't installing the patches for me. I've had the first 3 patches installed, but the 4th and 5th have not appeared on the EADM.

Can anyone heplp me, all help will be appreciated. Thanks!

generally the spore patches are directed through the eadm at first but must be prompted once loading the game another option is to go to where you can download the latest patch Patch

I can't remember who said it or what topic it was in, but they had a similar problem to yours while they were trying to download patch 5.1. The answer to it was to make sure that you are logged into EADM before you open spore. I can't vouch for this but apparantly it works.
