Disappearing Spore

For my birthday, I got Spore G.A.
I installed Spore (the regular one), patched it, then installed G.A.

When I looked around, I had no shortcuts and when I went into my program files the spore .exe file didn't work.

My copy of Spore had been installed on my mum's computer and registered to a different EADM account, whose details I can't remember.
Is there any way to...
A) Find out which EADM account it's registered to,
B) Transfer it to my EADM account?

Have you got a disk-based version or did you buy it from the EA Store?

The shortcut for GA will be in your Games Explorer if you are using Windows Vista.

If you login at EA Video Games - Electronic Arts and go to your account, if you see a SPORE ID persona then that will be the account you registered it to. You cannot transfer it.

Tried all that.

The link to Spore (the regular one) isn't on my EADM games list, although the spore account is.

There is no magical link to GA anywhere not even in the start menu, and when I activate it in EADM it exists, invisibly, for about 1 min and then a get an error message reading

"SPORE(tm) Galactic Adventures has stopped working"

I am going to un-install and re-install and will update you when I return.
