Problem linking code to EADM

Hi

I bought Spore back when it was first released and set up my account so that I can upload and download to and from the Sporepedia. I didn't know at this point that I could link the game to my EADM.

I bought Sims 3 at the weekend and found out that I could link the game to my EA account which I did and downloaded the digital version so I can play without the disk (I think this is a really good idea). I decided to do the same with Spore incase I misplace my disk as I;m moving house soon and something always goes missing! When I input the code from my manual into EADM it states 'the product code submitted is already used'. I'm unsure how to get around this because as yet the game isn't linked to EADM and I have no problems connecting to the server when I load Spore.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this would be much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem, I'm wondering if anyone on here has been able to get it to work?

The following page says that Spore is one of the supported games so not sure what the problem is:

Edit: Sorry for bumping an old post I thought this forum was using American dates.
