Login error: Is it my firewall??

Hi, i have had problems logging into the server.

So i log in.

1. It says: We will install this product to spore.com.
2. I click Ok.
3.It say the product with the installation code cannot connect to spore.com server.
4.I try again
5.It says: You do not have the proper spore.com privileges to use this product's online features.

Can someone help me with this situation????

I am having the exact same problem i have tried emailing ea directly using the link in the upper left corner but i got no response maybe you should try you never know they might actually reply lol

I tried that too, unfortunately they didn't give me the info i needed
