I recently installed Spore and played it for about 3 days, and I was constantly getting the prompt to install a patch available. I finally got sick of it and installed it.
The installation went fine, but when I click on Spore in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\SPORE\Sporebin it does not work, but theres something new in there called 'SporeApp' Spore itself says its 26,506 KB, and the app is 21,822 KB. I can click on THAT and the game will come up. Do I delete the 'Spore' one or keep it? Is it necessary? I really do not understand why the original does not work, but the app will. |
