need of assitance from anyone! (login)

I have an acount that works on the demo (creature crator.)
when i try longing on to the full game witch I do have, and it's not a pirate copy or anything, it is the real c.d I waited a year for, it says:

"you do not have the proper spore.com privilages to use this product's online features."

now, if you ask me that seems absolutely ridiculus, it sugests to me that my acount is on the sever but doesn't wan't to let me on.

I'm completly clueless of why this is but if anyone has any idea how i can resolve this, I'm all ears.

for now i'll just keep playing offline.

yeah it didn't work thats why I posted this.

are you alowed to have 2 acounts?

I had that problem for a while. It just fixed itself after a few days. Beyond that, troubleshooting account issues you really need to contact EA support in order to solve them
