Cannot Login / Login errors / Server problems

I'm getting the code is invalid error now, I've got two copies, GE and standard (mine and brothers, while I'm down his) and his works (standard edition) fine, but the galatic one gives the invalid code, then privileges error. Both have very similar hardware (vista, core 2 and 8 series nvidia card) if that helps rule things out, only difference between them is ones 32 bit and the other ones 64 bit and that GE and standard being used (fault being GE with 64 bit to be clear).

Damn this is not on, i'm not normally one to complain but felt the need to in this case.
If its not enough that i have to run EADM while playing and that i paid over the odds for it, i also get a time error when i load the game:
"Warning! Your system time appears to be incorrect, would you like to check it online against a time server?
Your system time will not be adjusted automatically. Please correct the time manually, if necessary. A reboot may be required afterwards."

I am getting the same as everyone else here, it asks you to log in and then to link the product to this account, i get:
"The code for this product is invalid and cannot be used to link this product to your account"
Ok so i click the tick and try login again and i get:
"You do not have the proper spore.com privilages to use this products online features"
If i restart the game, it goes through the whole process again.

I am in the UK, i installed the standard edition from EADM on 5th Sept. To be honest i should have expected it coming from EA but i bit the bullet because i wanted the game that looks so good.

So not only have i paid over the odds to get into the game first(which i am not),i now can't even play the thing online, this is not on!!!!

EA, would you be so kind as to actually give the community some feedback on the matter? Because without us you have nothing!!!
Its been the same pretty much with all the EA games i have brought, nothing but problems. Will Wright, do yourself a favor and get your **** away from EA!!

If this does not get sorted asap i am going to request a refund and will be contacting the relevent authorities here in the UK as to shoddy/incomplete product.

When i left home this morning i was having the above posted messages, (from the screenshots) too, Galactic edition, XP (Mediacenter edition). hope its fixed soon, id like to play whit moore critters than Maxis and my 60+ and to upload my new critter, that have the Cell omnivpre mouth ysut over his carnivore one, and the Electric sappers from cell to. (and have hitten space stage)

I get this message:

Anyhow hope it gets sorted soon, cant wait to be able to log online with it!

Whilst we all appreciate you cannot answer every single question could you please give us an update on whether the issue has been located and the estimated time frame to rectify said issue.

Sitting here in front of my pc and hitting F5 whilst browsing all my usual pages: Sport, FBook, Emails etc. The cigarettes are also getting a battering.

The is getting tedious now. I'm getting the two following error messages in sequence ...

Even just a page on the Sporepedia where we could type in our CD Keys to Validate them and tie them to our accounts would be decent enough.

I'm pretty certain it's an IP range issue, so I reask the question Kalrirr asked:

Tried to log on this morning, got an error saying "....don't have privilege..." Decided to see if I need to register again, but was told I already had a registered account.
Waited a while and tried again, got a different error--I think it was the incorrect key one. Played a bit about on the offline mode. Obviously the offline mode takes nothing away from the gameplay elements, but it'd be nice to see other creatures from around the Globe and my own.
After playing for maybe an hour or so, tried logging on again and got the privileges error.

I downloaded mine with the EADM.
A little more info if it's needed
Living in Spain but with English content (not sure it matters though as I downloaded it from EAStore?)
Running Vista32
Have had Creature Creator Trail and Full versions installed

Not that it's any help to those that are getting the privileges error but just try playing the game in offline mode for a bit until the servers cool down, it's still as enjoyable--and plays EXACTLY the same--regardless of whether your attacking a Maxis/Random/Own/Global creature really.

PS Also tried sending an message to eastore customer service but that also seems to be down. I just get a blank page after hitting Save and Submit

Im getting an invalid registration key issue.

Vista 32, EA Download, Standard Edition.

I installed through the EADM and it never asked me for a reg key (which I assume is the one in the email I received confirming purchase?), and now when I log in with my EA Account it says the key doesnt match.

One, is this related to the login server issue?

Two, if its not where the hell do I input the reg key as the game auto installed via EADM??

after invalid login yesterday now i get invalid product key then it says i have no privileges.

i bought this game so i could enjoy the full features both offline as online 3 days off problems have frustrated the hell out off me that i already told couple off my friends, who also were interested in Spore, that they should only buy it if they wont play online because off the lalalala EA is currently giving.

Same problem, Galactic Edition on XP SP3. My standard edition works, but the Galactic Edition of my fiancé displays the "invalid login" stuff today. Yesterday it was just a "login failed", so something must have changed.

Both versions are bought in Germany.

By the looks of it its basically that the spore servers arnt recognising the serial codes to go with the GE, but the SEs are doing fine. the problem that appears to be occuring is a checkup from the client to the spore database that says this is a GE game and a GE serial. confirm (for some reason its pulling back a deny atm)

The problem is also with the standard downloaded version. Or at least it is for me. I'm playing Spore right now, but I want to see other peoples creatures

Came home from work last night, installed and was told that I had an invalid login after being asked if I wanted to associate my copy of the game to my account.

Tried again this morning to be told my installation code is invalid.

Good job EA, way to **** up another release.

replace

data in D:\games\SPORE\Data\Locale with the language u want.. simply replace folder.. so if ur lang is dutch, replace english content with content in dutch folder
