Cannot Login / Login errors / Server problems - Page 5

Mine says "Du har ikke passende Spore.com previlegier til at bruge dette produkts onlinefunktion".

Which is translatet to something like "You do not have the appropiate Spore.com acess to use this products online functions".

Why in the world is it doing this?

I am getting the same message. I bought the online version, through the EA Download Manager. I've not been asked to put in a CD Key, although i have one in my purchase email.

I cant login either, i get the following message:

"You do not have the proper Spore.com priveleges to use this...." This happens after it tries to link the account when i type in my email and password...

1) it doesnt link
2) it gives that privelege message

i think it means you dont have the addminastrator privedges for your system right click on the games shourtcut and press run as adminastrator hope that helps

Edit, after i run game again, its now about privilages...

Yesterday I got this error:
"An unknown error occurred during registration. Please try again."

Now I get this error:
"The registration key used to install this game cannot be validated."

I use Spore Digital edition (spanish version)...and never tell me to input a cd-key, I think its linked to EADM. Reading this forum makes me less worried because im not alone in "EA buggy world"

Hope fix this soon.

When it tries to link the product, it says:

"The code for this installation is invalid and cannot be used to link this product to your account." Therein lies the problem... I never got a chance to type in my code, its in my email from when i purchased it online...

Awe, woke up early this morning in hopes of it being fixed and now getting this new error like everyone else

Looks like I'll have to carry on waiting, it's not like every major game release hasn't had its little hiccups on launchday before

I downloaded this game through Electronic Arts, and am also getting the same errors as above.

Same stuff, Galactic Edition, Windows XP Pro. Not an OS issue then.

I am and even was yesterday able to login with the basic CC app.,
got a strange login on the sporewebsite via Safari (OSX) (was able to check and edit my profile)
- the CC app browser would only show small selection of my previously done creatures
-Still unable to register the game due to "license server issues" on the EA end.

glad to have a liason person joining -lets hope we can get this fixed soon and have a happy weekend

Hi there !

UK user here, Galactic edition also.

I'm still unable to log in, has been this way since 10am yesterday when I installed the programme.

Although, now it says (5 mins ago), that it cannot validate my cdkey.. rather than being unable to authenticate the server.

PC Basics: Intel Quad core, 8800GTX, 4GB Ram, Vista Ultimate 64 bit retail. I was using 2 8800GTX but have taken out one ATM.

PS) Some folks on here just need to stop cussing and calm down.

getting the 'privileges' and 'can't validate key' errors now. GE, NL.

that's actually the second error. ( When trying to log in twice after eachother). This is the first one I get after restarting the game. ->
