What problem? It does exactly what I'd expect it to on my system (Windows XP home edition, SP3).

Oh, good. I was giving up on the space stage because I couldn't get out of my UFO. At last, I will be able to shoot stuff on-planet!

It appears to be that you will beam down on 'scenario planets' only. And there will be LOTS of player-created crappy scenarios out there. So you will spend hours digging through junk scenarios, hoping to find playable ones.
