What we now call the cell phase was originally the tidepool phase. Their was a 'singled cell' cell phase that can be seen in the '05 video that was the original cell phase. Their was stuff that existed before the cell phase that was removed for a casual audience. Bring it back .....

I think EA should make space ship cabin editor becouse when i fighting with other ships im just random click on space ships that's all.We coul choose between 2 views normal(terraform or if you don't like cabin view)and from cabin(to fight or whatever you wan't)that would be nice to destroy other space ships from cabin view

That would get horribly complicated...

You mean like first person? I think that would be a rather strange feature to add there, since the rest of the game is in 3rd person.

Well the game does change genre loads... but I think what is basically a flight sim with weapons is a bit much.

No I agree. The ability to switch between first person, third person and RTS. In and out of vehicles would add great depth. You could have different stories for each...

You could have an espionage story for economic societies

You could cause political insergence in a religois society by infultrating other cities

First person shooters for militaty societies

an rts in space stage with a fleet of ships of different classes You would captain the flag/mother ship and set rules for how they behave. And it would be great if we could swch between modes to manage different situations...!

Again this could be ingored by those who don't like this expansion.

The more ideas the merrier! All hale variety...!

I love the idea of incorporating all the rts elements in and such, but I really think this should only incorporate all the forms of controls we already have.

It would be better to have a few great genres in the game rather than 100 mediocre ones.

But each are entitled to their own opinion.=]

Why would they have to be mediocre?

A story editor would provide endless downloadable game play.

It would make sence for the controls to mirror those that already exist. A third person vehicle in civ could be controlled by the arrow keys or right-mouse click. Same with controlling a single spore in tribal or civ.

My imagination is going into overload with the kind of stories you could have.

You could even have an acheivement editor to go with it. (For those who like acheivements)

"It would make sense for the controls to mirror those that already exist."

Yeah, thats what i meant by having a few good genres, not lots. He was talking about adding fps elements and stuff. If we just constantly add genres, there won't be development time to improve the ones we have.

Incorporate all the genres we already have into spacestage: Spacestage solved =]

So much could be done to the Spore franchise, and i can't wait to see what kind of wacky stuff EA will come up with.

Anyone feel free to include your ideas, or give feedback on my own.
