Default Invalid Codes -.-

Hey, I've been havin a problem tryin to register my Spore game to EA. When I type my e-mail, password and a screen name I keep getting the message:
'Your game validation code is incorrect'
But I don't understand how that could work. I typed the code in when I installed the game and there was no problems.
Any help?

Okay, I also just tried logging into the EASpore site using what I entered in the game. It says the accounts e-mail and username are already in excistance. Then, when I try to log in using that account it tells me its invalid and an error screen appears with the number '5' on it.
What the hells goin on?

If you all are multis, the coppers will soon get ya!
(Yes, VERY American use of language...)

Firstly: I had that in the beginning, the way to solve it is to register at EA. You might have to fiddle around with acounts and stuff, and it might not work at first, but I got it to work, so so will you.

Secondly: Welcome to the fora!

Tertiarily: Use the EDIT button on posts to edit your post, else the mods will get mad at you. (Have you read the forum rules at all?)

I hope this helped,
Shrooblord

I am just getting suspicious because a LOT of users have been created lately that only post a few times before getting banned because they're recognized, and here are THREE new members, who's posts are all in the same thread...

try using the spore de-authorisation tool that will free up an account slot for your game..... you can download it from spore.com

Yes. It's from Latin actually,
singular:
nom. forum
gen. fori
dat. foro
acc. forum
abl. foro

plural:
nom. fora
gen. fororum (LOL XD)
dat. foris
acc. fora
abl. foris

I say it because this would be out of character. There would be little point in creating a multi a) when your previous account is still active (none of the accounts in this thread are banned and b) to create an apparently serious thread then re-post your point as a different person then to post a different apparently off-topic but sort of on topic post. It would make no sense, especially as the previous aholes are trolls, and if this is a troll thread, it's not a very good one.

This is an old thread. Someone necro'd it.
However, the bumpers post was about LORD OF THE RINGS CONQUEST, not Spore.
The trolls would be posting about Spore.
Still, this shouldn't have been bumped, it's a SPORE forum, not lord of the rings.

Default invalid codes

I've had a similar issue....with the warning "the key used to install your game can not be validated". It turns out that even though I bought this game brand new, someone else has already registered the game with my game's code!

I don't know if it was returned and "re-wrapped" by the store, or if someone's been a-hackin'. But the only option I have to fix (according to the EA cust. service folk) it is to get it back to the store for an exchange for another of the same game (which, hopefully, has not been used already).

This thread seems to be all over the place.

The post regarding Lord of the Rings has been moved to the correct forum.

Shroob, we'll take care of it, just report anything further please, thankyou.

Since this was an old bump, mistakenly albeit, we'll end it.
