Hard to say really as the CC demo only animates 4 creatures at most. Whereas in the game you will have more creatures than that in view as well as all the terrain features which will be more resource intensive. I found when I first started playing WoW that 1 mem upgrade to 1.5 gig of ram helped performance more than 3 gfx card upgrades, in terms of framerates and smoothness of play. Memory is really cheap atm so if you have 1 gig of ram or less I would recommend upping to 1.5 to 2 gig of ram for XP, 4 gig of ram for Vista. Though from what you say about your specs you like me are probably running XP.

Vista Premium and Professional can only hand up to 2 gigabytes of RAM.

Anymore than this and you're wasting your money as Vista will not utilize it.

Vista Ultimate can handle a little more but not that much so until Windows Longhorn is released, don't buy more than 2 gigabytes of RAM.

If you want faster memory then buy a higher clock speed not larger memory.
