authentiction code not being accepted

I would love to play Spores but alas i cant even get past the downloader stage, i have never come across so many problems loading a game!!!

, in fact it is time to give up before my computer receives a nasty injury, and return the game, its no good if the downloader wont accept the authentiction code. I think EA/Maxis games are good but if they say you have to activate on line with any other games I FOR ONE WONT BUY THEM

If you are having problems with your game code, drop EA Support a line and hopefully then can help you. There is a link to their pages at the very top of the forum.

thanks for your reply, i have had a look at the customer support page, there are a few suggestions to help but they have'nt helped me, when i try to activate the code on the down loader it tells me my code is'nt a digital code, i am pulling my hair out, i have been trying to sort this problem out for hours and am becoming obsessed with the game and i cant even play it!!!

On the Support page there is a link on the left to email them. Drop them a line and explain the problem and hopefully they will get you sorted out.
