Default Being banned... (v2)

This is basically an update to a previous thread giving my story about being banned.

I contacted EA about my problem accessing Spore, and they were kind enough to lift the ban(s) slapped on me and enable to try and delete all 17 of the offending creations, at least 10 of them I'd previously deleted before my laptop died, but for some reason didn't get deleted off the Spore servers, so now I'm getting banned for these remaining creations.

Two problems:
1) The UK Spore website doesn't have a "delete" option on creations.
2) None of my creations appeared on my friends' version of Spore so I couldn't delete them there, either.

I finally get access to Spore but I can't delete the creations which keep giving me bans? I just want to be able to delete my creations, I've been waiting to for about a week now. I finally get to and I can't, purely because of a major design flaw with the website.

I'm hoping I don't get (yet another) ban whilst I'm waiting to delete them.

I contacted EA asking them to delete the creations for me (plus another two) but had no response yet.

Whoever thought of the design for the website is an idiot.

Edit: Recently I deleted my cookies and chose to use the US spore website instead, thanks to a tipbit from Rankrotten.

You can delete creations on there! my god, the US site's so much better. It loads instantly, creations appear in 16's and you can delete things! Wow!

I'm still annoyed that the UK website is a pile of lalalala, though.

Yes being unable to delete creations is very bad.

I thought you could delete or remove creations on the website like. I'm sure I've seen a thing that says, Delete Item when viewing your own stuff like.

Yes, there is an option that says '[remove creation]'. on the US sporepedia. Not sure about UK one, I never use it because it never works! XD

Might do on the US spore, but all there is on the UK spore is "Report", "Update", "Download" and "Cancel"

Edit: Yep, US spore is better. MUCH better. Thank you.
