B it is.
The Khroots grow stronger jaws. The Grubby armour is no match for them. However, there are Squirties about. They are fast. You cannot attack them front on, because their jaws will counter bites. You cannot attack them from behind, because of the poison they squirt. It is hard to attack them side on, because they turn fast. They are predators, and fierce ones. How should the Khroots adapt to face these critters? A Become immune to poison. B Grow a couple of cilias -- speed will help. C Spikes either side of their mouths -- they can stab the Squirties in the jaw. |

B will help against any predators, poison-squirting or otherwise. However, running away from a fight won't help them if there's ever a time that they can't escape...
C will help against any predators, but seems a bit worthless currently unless the predators are both poison-squirting and fast. A will only help against poison-squirting enemies. I think either A or B would be best. I'm going to vote... *rolls dice*... A. |

he copied that directly from your first post, i think it's more pun than rule breaking.
I say B, too many spikes will be a disadvantage and right now we have but one flagella. why isn't there an "ignore them" option, they wont be able to attack us due to our spikes in fact, I see no issue here...we travel in groups, so if two attack, one from the side and one from in front, then they will be unable to turn and counter. we needn't change at all, we're already perfectly adapted to face this challenge! |

A it is.
The Khroots grow immune to poison. The Squirties' poisonous defenses are of no use, now. The Khroots grow bigger and swim to another part of the ocean. There are three amoeba species there. 1 - Stabellas. They are covered in spikes. 2 - Noseys. They are fast - very fast - and they suck out whatever is inside other cells. 3 - Buzzies. They are slow but they have electrodes on their tails. What species should the Khroots hunt? A Stabellas. B Buzzies. C Noseys. D All three. |
