Login invalid

I previously had the trial creator and it worked fine.
Today i got the full creator and when i try and log in using my password it says:

Do you want to connect your spore creator to spore.com so i click yes.

Then it comes up with an error message saying code for instalation invalid and cannot link to your account.

I know it is not the game however as my brother has logged on using he email

any ideas why?

Hmm, did you delete the old CC? Im not sure what that will fo though. Maybe you should just make a new account, unless anyone knows a solution to this, because I dont.

Yes make sure you delete the old trial version. This will mean that if you want to edit creatures you've already made you'll have to download them off sporepedia, they'll still be there. If that doesn't work, you will have to make a new account I'd have thought. Wait for some more replys from some guru or something though they might be able to help.

I just wish EA didnt screw things up.. i here its working ins the US...

And i dont now how to create a new account!
