What I would like to see in Spore is some kind of protection against thieves, it's a horrible plague on Spore that people re-share other people's creations and not putting anything in the discription about the original creator, this is really frustrating to anyone taking the time to create something themselves and later seeing their creations under someone else's name taking up all the glory.
So anyway, I suggest something like an automated extra thingie on the discription or something that can't be removed like "original creator: name". Then people would still be able to re-share other people's creations, but atleast everyone will know who really made it and deserves the credit. Or simply making it so that other people's creations cannot be re-shared after modifying them, only original content. |

There should be a extension pack for owners of spore and the sims (or a separate game) called spore zoo, its basicly like zoo tycoon (use sims as customers) were instead of animals you get your spore creations!

Ok i dunno if im posting in the right place or not but heres my idea for the game
there use to be a game calledTechnoSphere this game was a online game where you make a creature out of certain parts and then your creature went into this imaginary world ( you couldnt see your creature in-game or anything ) anyway when you check up on your creature it would say stuff like it had killed this creature and it had had a baby. it was a game of chance really but it was intresting to see if your creature survived and to see how old the creature lived up to, it was also intresting to see if your younger generations of your children are still alive after your main creatures dead i thought spore could do a thing like this online because you have so many parts to make a creature from and it would be intresting to see if teh creature you created survived out in this massive imaginary world or if it had been eaten by another players creature ( this website use to show you what creature killed yours and showed you a picture of it ) ea would have to look up the game name if they are intrested the name again if any one from ea is here is TechnoSphere its was a very popular game ! look into it ! ![]() you could kinda see your creature because the picture of your creature would get bigger as he got older and had eaten more creatures and they also had a map of a island and said your creature is here at the moment and it had lots of dots to show where other creatures where Last edited by Chaosavenger; 24-04-2009 at 12:07 AM.. |

I love the size idea. You should spend DNA points to change the size of your creature, whether you're making it smaller or larger. And though it would, I expect, involve a complete redo of the creator(I suppose this would constitute a job for Spore 2, so eager are you to only make meaningful changes to a game with a sequal *cough*thesims*cough*) : all parts on the creature and the size should effect each other, with subtlety in some places and strength in others.
Voice changer and walking style changer would be a tasty asset. What is all this about number of detail parts along the back of a many-legged creature changing the walk?! Pretty crude, don't you think? Stick a tab in there, please. Thx. Oh, and not to do with the creator, but... Multiplayer plz. Thx. |

Heh. When playing Spore I tend to think about how it could be improved a lot, and having to spend DNA points to enlarge your creature, and that enlargement changing your creature's stats was one of the ideas I had. I'm glad I'm not the first to think of it!
I'd like to see some more complicated options for players who want a more fleshed-out experience, like the ability to choose whether your creature is a pack/herd animal, or whether it tends to be a solitary animal, or the ability to choose whether your creatures is asexual or has two sexes (male and female, with the ability to have the two sexes differ in some way), or the ability to choose how your creature births and rears young (lays eggs/gives birth to live children, leaves children to fend for themselves/looks after children for a long time etc.). Essentially I'd like a lot of optional complexity that doesn't get in the way of a casual playing experience, but can add a lot to the game for players that want more realism and more detail. I'd like to see artificial food webs form during the creature phase, too, with small herding animals being preyed on by larger, hunting animals. The current system of every race having roughly the same number of animals, and them all living in nests, and killing a few of them extincting the entire species just makes far too little sense for my tastes. Another idea I had was for ears and noses actually doing something, rather than just adding to the look of the creature. So a predator with a good nose would gain some benefits, like being able to see the tracks of wounded prey, or being able to see where other creatures are on the minimap, etc. Oh, and I'd like to be able to add legs onto other legs, in order to make some sort of tentacle, and to be able to attach hands onto the ends of the spine, so I can make creatures like the Willosaur. The ability to split the spine might be nice, too, so you can give your creature two or more tails... |
